Apple handles all refund requests for Nautical Ops purchases. Follow these steps:
Refund eligibility is determined entirely by Apple in accordance with their Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple may grant refunds at their discretion, typically in circumstances including:
Apple's refund decisions are final. For more information on Apple's policies, visit Apple Support — Request a refund for apps or content.
Nautical Ops may offer a free trial period before charging your subscription. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you start a paid subscription. Apple manages free trial eligibility — each Apple ID is entitled to one free trial per subscription product.
Cancelling your subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to Nautical Ops until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, go to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Nautical Ops → Cancel Subscription on your iPhone or iPad.
