Do I need to download an app?

No. Nautical Ops runs in your web browser. Log in from your phone, tablet or laptop—there is no App Store or Google Play download to manage.

How does my crew join?

Your Captain/MOV can share the vessel's invite code. Crew members join using their own accounts and receive access based on their assigned roles.

Which billing options can I choose?

Choose monthly, 3-month, 6-month or yearly billing, with a plan based on crew size. The pricing selector above lets you compare the base prices.

How are VAT and sales tax calculated?

Your billing address—not the vessel's current location—determines applicable tax. The confirmed total is shown before you pay.

Can I use the same account on different devices?

Yes. Use your account on up to two devices. Device management and recovery let you replace a device while keeping the two-device limit.
