Vessel data is shared with other members of your vessel who have been invited to join. The vessel owner (Captain/MOV) controls who has access.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase's enterprise-grade infrastructure with Row Level Security policies to ensure that each vessel's data is accessible only to authorised crew members. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Nautical Ops is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. By using Nautical Ops, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these locations, which may have different data protection laws to your country of residence.
